1. Who We Are

Conqr (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the Conqr mobile application. Our website is conqr-web-five.vercel.app. For questions about this policy, contact us at mesutdinceraltun13@gmail.com.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name and email address (if you choose to share it) and store an identifier linked to that sign-in account.

Workout and Progress Data

Where supported, we store account-linked workout results, repetitions, duration, XP, coins, rank, streaks, and leaderboard activity to track your progress. In the current Android app, Attack Now and Boss Arena use simulated repetitions for testing. Those sessions do not create account workout records or leaderboard rewards; Boss Arena test progress is saved only on that device.

Preferences

Your onboarding choices, such as goals, experience level, and workout schedule. The current Android app stores its questionnaire answers on your device; your public handle is saved to your account.

Camera Data

Where camera-based workouts are available and you grant access, camera processing happens on your device. We do not record, store, or transmit workout video or images to our servers. The current Android Attack Now and Boss Arena flows do not open the camera.

Subscription Data

We store your subscription status to provide access to premium features. Apple or Google processes payment, depending on your device; we do not receive your full payment-card details.

Device Information

The Android app creates a local random identifier for onboarding continuity; it does not use your hardware device ID. The iOS app uses a separate random install identifier for limited onboarding measurement.

Usage Data

The Android app keeps onboarding progress and test-session results on your device. The iOS app may collect limited onboarding event names and outcomes to measure and improve the experience; those events do not include your fitness answers or preferred name.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide and improve the app experience
  • Track your workout progress, streaks, and rankings
  • Display your position on the leaderboard
  • Personalize your training plan based on your goals
  • Process and manage your subscription
  • Send important account-related communications
  • Analyze aggregate usage patterns to improve the app

4. Data Storage & Security

Account data is stored with Supabase. The iOS app stores its sign-in secrets in the device Keychain; the Android app stores its sign-in session in local app storage. We use provider security controls and encryption in transit to protect account data.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We share data only with:

  • Apple or Google: For authentication and payment processing, depending on your device
  • Supabase: Our database provider that stores your account and workout data
  • RevenueCat: Our subscription management provider (purchase and entitlement information)

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your data: View available profile and workout information in the app
  • Delete your data: Open Profile → Settings → Delete Account in the app, or request deletion on our website
  • Export your data: Contact mesutdinceraltun13@gmail.com to request a copy of your data
  • Opt out: You can stop using the app at any time
  • Camera access: Where the app uses the camera, revoke its permission in your device Settings at any time

For EU residents (GDPR): You have additional rights including data portability and the right to restrict processing. Contact mesutdinceraltun13@gmail.com.

For California residents (CCPA): We do not sell personal information. You have the right to know what data we collect and request deletion. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

7. Data Retention

We retain account data while your account is active. After account deletion, associated data is removed from our active systems within 30 days. We may retain records needed for legal, financial, security, or fraud-prevention obligations, including a hashed technical identifier to prevent delayed subscription events from recreating deleted account activity. De-identified aggregate data that cannot reasonably be linked to you may also be retained.

8. Children's Privacy

Conqr is not intended for children under 17. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact mesutdinceraltun13@gmail.com and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
