Delete your Conqr account
You can delete your Conqr account in the app. If you no longer have access to it, email us to request deletion without reinstalling.
Delete your account in the app
While signed in, open Profile → Settings → Delete Account and confirm. The app will show an error if deletion cannot be completed. On Android, successful deletion also clears the locally saved onboarding answers and test progress on that device.
Request deletion without the app
Email us to request account deletion at mesutdinceraltun13@gmail.com. Include the email address or username associated with your Conqr account so we can locate it. We may reply to verify that the account is yours. Do not send your password. You do not need to reinstall the app to make this request.
What happens to your data
After an in-app deletion succeeds or we verify an emailed request, we remove your account and associated profile, workout, and progress data from our active systems within 30 days. We also request deletion of your customer record from our subscription provider. Records needed for legal, financial, security, or fraud-prevention obligations may be retained for as long as those obligations require; this includes a hashed identifier used to reject delayed subscription events for a deleted account. De-identified aggregate data that cannot reasonably be linked to you may also remain.
Subscriptions
Deleting your Conqr account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Google Play or Apple. To stop future charges, cancel it in Google Play or Apple Subscriptions. You can request account deletion without first canceling.
